June 2020 New Island Printing Group manufactures and sells medical masks in Liaoning Province ,marked the first step of Huajun International Group towards healthcare industry.

September 2019

Completion of the acquisition of Dalian Hydraulic Machinery CO.,Limited brought new impetus to the development of Huajun's machinery production industry.

May 2019

New Island Printing Group set up a high-end printing and packaging production base in Liuhe Economic Development Zone,Nanjing,Jiangsu Province ,China.

July 2018

Huajun Holdings Limited adopted a new name – Huajun International Group Limited, which paved the way for the further internationalisation of Huajun’s development.

March 2018

Huajun Holdings further expanded its real estate development business to Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. The project included 180,000 square metres of commercial and residential land, and 55% interest in a residential project with remaining saleable area of approximately 110,000 square metres.

September 2017

Bao Hua Financial Centre (保華金融中心) in Dalian City was completed on 19 September. Upon completion, the property will be developed into a commercial and office complex with car park spaces and ancillary facilities, with a total gross floor area of approximately 146,300 square metres.

June 2017

Huajun Holdings and Shenzhen Kaifu, an associate of Vanke (02202.HK), jointly developed a residential property project in Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.

May 2017

Huajun Holdings successfully bid for two pieces of land in Gaoyou District, Jiangsu Province. The aggregate site area is approximately 350,000 square metres.

December 2016

Huajun Holdings acquired the entire equity interests of HuataiJunan, which owns the property development project of Bao Hua Financial Centre (保華金融中心) and Bao Hua Wang Yuan (保華旺苑) , a commercial and residential property, in Dalian City, Liaoning Province.

Huajun Holdings successfully bid for a piece of land in Minxing District, Shanghai, with a total gross floor area of approximately 124,400 square metres. It will be developed into office, commercial unit and car park spaces for sale and investment.

New Island Development Holdings Limited changed its name to Huajun Holdings Limited.

1992 –March 2008

New Island Printing established plants in Dalingshan, Dongguan City. With years of extensive production experience and trust from customers, New Island Printing gradually developed into a leading one-stop fine packaging and printing manufacturer.

1971 – 1992

Along with business growth and increase in productivity demand, New Island began to develop robustly. The Company was principally engaged in fine packaging products and cardboard boxes business.

New Island Printing Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Hong Kong to engage in printing business.
